RESPONSIBILITY

Class Policies

As of March 23, 2015, any "gun" class designed and conducted by FS&ST LLC will be conducted by a firearms instructor who is certified by a national organization that certifies firearms instructors and will include the use of written tests, in person instruction, and a component of live-fire training. Upon successful completion of the class ,a certificate will be issued.

When purchasing a "class" from Firearm Safety And Security Training LLC or any related affilliate, you are actually purchasing a "voucher" redeemable for a class.

You must schedule your class slot within 60 days of purchase. 

Vouchers are considered "expired" 180 days from purchase.

There are to be no photos/ recordings (audio or video) taken during any class or function. Violation of this policy will 1. result in your expulsion from the class with no rebate of fee. 

Any and all photos and recordings (audio and video) taken at a FS&ST LLC class, function, or on the grounds are the property of FS&ST LLC. If you choose to take photos /recordings (audio or video), you may do so with prior permission from management at a rate of $10 per photo/ or $10 per 10 second recording.

By accepting a roster slot, you agree to all FS&ST LLC policies and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do NOT schedule a class or accept a roster slot.

All students will be subject to and responsible for a $10.00 range fee separate from any class or other fees on classes conducted at the Stamping Ground FS&ST LLC location.

ALL communications regarding scheduling must be made by email. Audio communications (phone calls) will not be accepted for any reason and will not be accepted as evidence of "contact". If you do not receive a "return email", no communication occurred.

Once you have accepted a slot on a class roster any fees, deposits or vouchers submitted are considered property of Firearm Safety And Security Training LLC and forfeited by student.

All classes are subject to availability. 

By submitting a roster request for a class, YOU are agreeing to all FS&ST LLC policies.

"NO SHOWS" will be allowed to reschedule after paying the difference between any "promotional price" and the regular class price. If the "NO SHOW" bought a voucher at the regular price, there will be a $35 rescheduling fee.

If you are unable to attend a class for which you have signed-up:

1.Contact us by email at least 48 hours before the class is scheduled to take place and we will gladly allow you to reschedule one time with no penalty. 

2.If you need to cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours until the scheduled class it will be at the discretion of Firearm Safety And Security Training LLC Management. There will be a $10 Rescheduling Fee.

3. If you need to reschedule for a second time, it will be allowed at the discretion of management and payment of a $25 fee.

 If you fail to attend any class for which you have scheduled and no notice is given: All fees, deposits or vouchers are forfeited to Firearm Safety And Security Training LLC. 

If you fail, are removed from, or for any reason fail to complete any class offered by Firearm Safety And Security Training LLC and attended by you, you forfeit any and all fees, vouchers and deposits made to Firearm Safety And Security Training LLC. 

Weather

In the event of debilitating or dangerous weather/ environmental conditions (snow, ice, severe weather) or a high likelihood of, FS&ST reserves the right to cancel class or to abbreviate the class time. You will receive notice via email or text message up to 1.5 hours prior to class start time of cancellation. It is your responsibility to check your email prior to coming to class. In the event of a class cancellation, you must reschedule to any available class within 30 days. If you do not reschedule within 30 days, you agree to forfeit any interest in any class or voucher.

Firearms and related items are dangerous. By purchasing through this website or affiliated websites you agree to follow all manufacturer safety instructions and to only use the firearms and other items in a safe manner in an approved area for a legal purpose. 

YOU are assuming all responsibility for the legality of a specific item when you purchase it.

YOU are responsible for checking all local laws before ordering or using an item or class from Firearm Safety And Security Training LLC. or any manufacturer whose product is sold here.

YOU are responsible for complying with all firearms laws in your area.

YOU must notify us immediately should you have any concerns about the legality of any product you have ordered.

YOU are responsible for payment for all orders placed through this online system. If you are not sure if you want something - do not order it.

YOU must be of legal age to own any items you order.

YOU must be at least 18 years of age to purchase ANY item from Firearm Safety And Security Training LLC.. Firearm Safety And Security Training LLC. may request a copy of your state identification before shipping your order.

YOU must provide a valid contact phone number with any order placed. Firearm Safety And Security Training LLC.  may contact you at the provided phone number before processing any order.

If during any class, training or exercise, you turn a gun on anyone, even accidentally, even if it us unloaded or out of battery, you run the risk of failing the class, training, or exercise. You will receive no rebate of any payment or fees, except at the discretion of managment. The range officers, instructors, students, clients or anyone in control of the class, training, or exercise may use agressive physical means to maintain safety anytime a gun is being handled. "Agressive Physical Means" includes but is not limited to removing the firearm or other weapon from your hand by whatever means necessary, tackling, distraction and deflection, admonishment, striking blows to any part of the body or any other action deemed necessary at that moment to maintain the safety of staff and others. By signing up for, attending, purchasing any class, voucher, training,  exercise or event, even on behalf of another, or as a gift, or as accepting a gift, with or through Firearm Safety and Security Training LLC and/ or any affilliate, you accept these terms and release any of the above from any civil or legal liability resulting from any real or perceived injuries. If you do not accept these terms, DO NOT sign up for, attend, audit, gift or visit any "event" hosted by Firearm Safety And Security Training LLC or any of its affiliates. Simply by attending any "event" hosted by Firearm Safety And Security Training LLC or any of its affiliates you agree to accept these terms, release and waive any and all claims, direct or indirect,  that you, your estate, heirs, executors, or assigns may have for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death arising from any action of Firearm Safety And Security Training LLC employees, owners, managment, clients , affilliates, students, or any other person or entity.

Indemnity

You, your estate, heirs, executtors and assigns agree to hold harmless and defend  Firearm Safety And Security Training LLC, it's employees, owners, officers, managment, clients , affilliates, students, or any other related person or entity against any claims or cause of action, criminal or civil.

CANCELLATION AND ORDER CHANGE FEES 

After you have placed your order online with Firearm Safety And Security Training LLC., or over the phone with a sales associate you will be charged 25% restocking fee if you decide to cancel your order or substitute products. Adding items to an existing order will not be charged any additional fee. By placing an order or making a phone order with a sales associate you agree to pay this 25% restocking fee should you cancel or change your order. 

ONLINE PRICE & DESCRIPTION ERRORS 

Our online inventory, services and class availability changes every day. Occasionally items, services, or classes may appear on the site by mistake or the item, services, or class' description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions or pictures on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items, services or classes with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will return the money. 

If an item, service, or class description contains an error such as incorrect price or availability and a customer orders an item, service or class, we will not process the order without first contacting the customer.
